In the comfort of your home, with a few clicks, you can make, consult and cancel your appointments. A confirmation email will be sent to you for all your online actions
For all service reservations, a 24 hour notice is requested for any cancellation, however for more than 2 hours we ask for 48 hours.
For any appointment for a package or for services of more than two hours, we ask for a reservation deposit. If you want to use your gift certificates, mention the number when making an appointment or you will be asked for your credit card number. A 48-hour notice is required for any change or cancellation; where applicable, SPA Vénus reserves the right to invalidate your gift certificate or to charge you the amount of 50% of the reserved services on your credit card.
